Employee training and mentoring
We ensure that our employees have access to an extensive training package. We offer both employee induction to specific areas of work and training designed to improve employees' knowledge and skills. Responsibility to induct new staff lies with their respective immediate supervisors. Managers and assistants attend training in a selected restaurant and then go on to attend training courses in the company's headquarters.
