My journey with Compass Group Poland began in 2016. I worked as a "Customer Service Employee," mainly handling various events and providing service in the restaurant.


My journey with Compass Group Poland began in 2016 when I started as a "Customer Service Employee." My role mainly involved handling various events and providing service in the restaurant. After three years, I decided to leave the company to explore other career opportunities. However, I quickly realized it was not the right decision, so after just two months, I returned to Compass Group Poland. I joined a different restaurant but in the same role, "Customer Service Employee," and was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager.

In 2021, I moved to another restaurant to assist our Managers at a different location. Since September 2021, I have been the Manager of a newly opened restaurant.
