The story of this tradition begins with Elżbieta, who joined us in March 2013 as a receptionist. During her time with us, after completing the necessary training, Ela was promoted to the position of junior accountant. Today, as an experienced accountant, she is a perfect example of how Compass Group supports the development of its employees at every stage of their careers.

Another person who took advantage of this opportunity was Gabriela. Working at the reception until January 2018, she decided to change her career path and moved to the Marketing department. Over the years, Gabriela developed her skills and became a valuable asset to the team.

In 2019, Małgorzata joined the team during the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic. She performed her role as receptionist, ensuring smooth mail flow and office organization while the entire company shifted to remote work. In 2022, Małgorzata was promoted to the HR department, where she continues her career, applying her experience and passion for working with people.
