I began my career with Compass Group in August 2017 as a kitchen operative.
As early as two months into my job, the then regional manager, taking notice of my commitment and efforts to reliably perform my daily duties, asked if I would accept promotion to the position of restaurant assistant manager in a new location. In the new restaurant I soon proved myself to be an individual who is not afraid of new challenges, continually improves his skills, an effective manager capable of forging good relationships with employees and customers. In the light of my company's rapid expansion, I was charged with the task of opening a new establishment. Since January 2018 I have been a Restaurant Manager, ensuring that more than 300 customers have access to a wide range of breakfast, lunch and dessert menus.
