I began my career in a newly opened facility as an assistant manager.

Subsequently, I held various positions, including restaurant manager, regional manager, project manager, regional director, and director of audits.

Throughout my 30 years of working at Compass Group Poland, I focused on the development of the company, its employees, collaborators, and clients.

I approach the challenges in my professional career with satisfaction and great motivation.
